It all began with the simple idea of bringing the amazing baked goods we tasted across the country back to Erie, infusing them with local flavor, and doing so in a unique and welcoming environment.

After more than a decade in the at-times grueling baking business, we decided to streamline operations in the form of an all-hours vending machine loaded with the same from-scratch favorites our customers have grown to know and love.
